What We Do

We build software that takes fragmented operational records and turns them into a structured, queryable decision surface. Bids, vendor profiles, inspection logs, project histories. Our AI does not replace estimators and preconstruction managers. It arms them with sharper comparisons and the confidence that nothing important was missed.

Our core competency is making machine learning work on real-world business data. Not toy datasets. Not pre-cleaned spreadsheets. The messy, incomplete, cross-referenced records that actually live in platforms like Procore. That is the data we are designed to handle.

Why Construction Preconstruction?

Subcontractor bid review is one of the most data-intensive, high-stakes decisions in any industry. A single missed exclusion can cascade into millions in change orders. A single poorly vetted vendor can delay a project by months. And yet, the tools available to preconstruction teams have barely moved beyond spreadsheets and PDF side-by-side comparisons.

Infrastructure that scales down. We run efficient, well-architected systems on AWS (eu-north-1, Stockholm). That keeps our costs low and our data residency simple. No bloated enterprise architecture, no unnecessary overhead. Just ML infrastructure that does the job.

The Team

Aigenture was built by an engineer with a background in AI research, data infrastructure, and production machine learning systems. The company operates out of Helsinki, Finland. Everything is built in-house, from the prediction models to the Procore embedded UI to the deployment pipelines.
