How long does onboarding take?
Most customers are live within 30 minutes. Connect your Procore workspace, authorize OAuth, and we handle the setup and data preparation automatically.
How much project history do I need?
You can start immediately, but recommendation quality improves as more bid and project history is available.
Does my Procore-connected data leave the EU?
No. All data is stored and processed in AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm, Sweden) by default. Data is never used to train models for other customers.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged after the trial ends if you choose to continue.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it is permanently deleted from our systems.
Which platforms are supported?
Aigenture is currently focused on Procore-based workflows for preconstruction and vendor decision support.
